"Marketing" - how does your church do it?

As much as I hate the idea of "marketing" church, as a redevelopment congregation, I want to do everything we can to reach everyone we can.  We do have a web presence finally and are looking into a "welcome package" for new residents, but what else can we do?  What is your church doing?  Planters, what are your ideas?

Prayer and fellowship are what is working within Conklin but we must get beeter at both for the sake of the Kingdom.
